What is one of the biggest obstacles that keeps people from making the first move? Potential clients often say they feel locked to a homebuilder once they figure out the perfect design for their custom home.

At Vaughn Custom Homes, we eliminate that fear.

When we refer you to one of our preferred plan designers, you work with the experts to design it your way, and pay the designers directly. Once the house design is complete, we bid out the project for you. If you don’t choose Vaughn Custom Homes to build your home, you are free to take the plans you own and get bids from other contractors.

We don’t hold grudges

If you are not happy after having other contractors bid out your project, come back to us. Vaughn Custom Homes will welcome you with open arms. If it has been longer than 60 days, we’ll update the budget, verify details with you, send you off to our local lender for final approval, and work on a schedule with you.

It’s a process, not an overnight success story. We’ll get you to the finish line.
