What to expect
Come as you are. Stay as long as you like.
- 01
Walk the whole house
Every room is open. See the stone, the trim and the finish work up close - the details a photo never quite shows.
- 02
Meet the builders
Aaron, Phil and the team will be on hand. Ask about this home, building on your own lot, or anything you've wondered about building out here.
- 03
Hot dogs and sodas, on us
Free for the first 100 guests. Bring the family, and bring a neighbor.
This home is for sale - for now.
As of October 19, 2026 this home is on the market, and it may sell before the open house. If it does, no worries - we'd love to build another one just for you. Start your own build
A heads-up: we'll be filming parts of the day for our website. If you'd rather stay off camera, just tell anyone on the team and we'll keep you out of the shot.
Can't make it Sunday?
We'll happily show you around another day.
Call or send a note and we'll find a time - for this home, or for the one you want to build on your own lot.
